ICS teamed with Sherwood Forest, Inc. to provide an assessment of areas that could reduce the ball club’s expenses. Upon due diligence that suggested overlooked tax incentives and further energy efficiency opportunities, we were retained by the Minnesota Twins Baseball Club to provide certification services for the Energy Efficient Commercial Building Deduction (also known as EPACT) on the full stadium, in conjunction with a stadium wide Xcel Energy Re-commissioning study. These efforts will result in significant savings for the Minnesota Twins and will reduce the organization’s carbon footprint.
We hope to continue to work with the organization as they continue to trend among the most successful energy conservation stadiums in the nation.
