Arcadia Public Schools, in southwestern Wisconsin, has a relatively new high school facility built on a large campus at the edge of town. Conversely, their Pre K-8 grades were all contained in a rambling building complex originally constructed in 1914 with numerous additions over the last century. ICS was invited to conduct a facilities assessment aimed at providing recommended facility improvements and costs of implementation to allow the board and administration a baseline picture of the conditions present at the elementary/middle school.

ICS has since led the district through a successful referendum process and is currently serving as the owner’s representative on a $14M of projects in impacting both the elementary school and an addition to the middle school, including a 44,000 square foot addition, mechanical upgrades and renovations
