About the Position:
ICS is looking for a Construction Management Intern to join our growing team of professionals! We are seeking individuals to join our Minnesota locations in our Duluth and Blaine, Minn. locations!
This position will gain hands-on site experience and mentorship from a Project Manager. The position will complete all assigned tasks to help ensure projects are successful. They will work with the internal team by following standards, practices, and schedules that result in value-added projects being on-time, on budget and ultimately forming lasting relationships with our customers. The Construction Management Intern will gain knowledge of budgeting, policies and safety, project submittals, effective communication, and much more through working with an internal team, architects, owners, clients, facility staff, and others involved in the construction process. The intern will complete other duties and responsibilities assigned to assist the project team and ensure a successful project completion.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Junior or Senior status preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to listen carefully and work well on a team.
- Have the desire to learn quickly and grow professionally within the field.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
- Proven ability to maintain excellent integrity and ethical standards within the role.
